Carefully crafted - Locally brewed - Independent craft beer
Our first mission at Chubby Mermaid Brewing is to brew unique craft beer that we’re passionate about. While nailing a traditional style is sometimes a goal, there are other times where we want to color outside the lines a bit with an experimental recipe. Our second mission, besides brewing great craft beer, is sharing our passion for beer with others by educating and exchanging knowledge and ideas. Last but certainly not least, our final mission is to make every one of our customers feel like the Chubby Mermaid brewpub is their second home where they can go to enjoy some food and a pint alone, or share one of many life moments here with family and friends in a welcoming and relaxing environment.
BEER CRAFTED THROUGH MULTIPLE ITERATIONS
Chubby Mermaid Brewing will operate in Bonita Springs, FL on a 4.2 barrel, two vessel brew house. We will also operate a small pilot brewing system where we will play with our experimental recipes prior to scaling them up in the main brew house. Beers produced on our pilot system will be available to our patrons to be reworked and refined based on your feedback until we feel we feel that we have a crowd pleaser. Once we reach that milestone, that beer will be scaled up and brewed for regular rotation.
