about us
Brewing Exceptional Beer, Creating Unforgettable Experiences.
At Chubby Mermaid Brewing Co., we believe great beer should bring people together and give something back. We combine science, creativity, and tradition to craft distinctive beers while building community and supporting the waterways and wildlife that make Southwest Florida home.
Curated Wine Collection
Beer may be our specialty, but we know it’s not everyone’s drink. Our thoughtfully selected wine list offers something for every palate, from crisp whites, to bold reds and a rose’to sparkling. All chosen to give everyone a reason to pull up a chair at Chubby Mermaid.
Craft Beer Collection
We don’t believe a beer list should stand still. Our taps are constantly evolving with crisp lagers, bold IPAs, traditional favorites, experimental creations, barrel-aged specialties, and truly gluten-free beers. Every batch is brewed right here in Bonita Springs with equal parts science, creativity, and curiosity—so there’s always another reason to see what’s pouring.
